



Warren Replansky has maintained a law practice in Dutchess County since 1981, servicing clients in a wide range of legal matters with a concentration in municipal, land use, zoning, real estate, tax certiorari and environmental law. Mr. Replansky currently serves as attorney to several municipalities in Dutchess County and has, over the years, served as attorney and/or special counsel to many municipal clients. Mr. Replansky has successfully represented clients in a wide range of land use and zoning legal matters including trials and appellate litigation.
A graduate of Syracuse University and the American University Washington College of Law, Mr. Replansky worked as a staff attorney for the Neighborhood Legal Services Program in Washington, D.C. from 1972 to 1974. From 1974 through 1976, Mr. Replansky was employed by the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, in Washington D.C. as Supervising Attorney for its civil litigation clinic.
In addition to operating his private practice, Mr. Replansky also served as an Assistant Public Defender in Dutchess County.
